Academic Admission Requirements (Band 6) may be satisfied through completion of one of the following: a Bachelor degree; or equivalent prior learning including at least five years relevant professional experience. Successful applicants with a Graduate Certificate qualification or higher in Business/Commerce may also seek reduced course duration by applying for recognition of prior learning.
The estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $34,400 for domestic fee-paying students and AUD $40,900 for international students. Note that at ECU, you pay for the individual units you enrol in rather than an overall course fee, so the total cost will vary depending on the units you choose.

Graduates will gain the expertise required to apply psychological frameworks to complex business settings and empower people and teams to achieve organisational goals. Course learning outcomes include demonstrating mastery of a global body of business psychology knowledge and practice, applying critical thinking and technical skills to solve authentic business psychology problems, demonstrating effective communication skills, independently initiating and executing a substantial project, and justifying decisions that address complex business psychology issues considering ethical and social consequences.
Domestic students can study the Master of Business Psychology full-time or part-time at the City Campus, with intakes available in both Semester 1 and Semester 2. International students may study full-time only, also with Semester 1 and Semester 2 intakes at the City Campus. The course duration is 2 years full-time or part-time equivalent.
