Fundamentals of the Common Law
12.5 points, compulsory for students without a law degree from a common law jurisdiction.

Chosen across streams including Banking and Finance Law (e.g. Principles of Banking and Finance Law, Comparative Insolvency Law), Competition and Consumer Law (e.g. Competition Law and Economics, Cartels, Australian Consumer Law, Australian Merger Law), Communications Law (e.g. Privacy Law, Artificial Intelligence and the Law, Entertainment Law), and Asian Law (e.g. Commercial Law in Asia).
