To qualify for the Master of Construction Management Practice, students must complete a total of 100 credit points. This includes 3 core units and 4 out of 5 additional core units. One capstone unit carries 25 credit points and all other units normally carry 12.5 credit points.
For 2026, the indicative yearly fee for international students is $40,860 AUD, with a total course fee of $47,420 AUD. For domestic students in a Commonwealth Supported Place, the yearly fee is $9,537 AUD. A Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) of $373 AUD is also applicable. No. While successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Construction Management meets the entry requirements for the Master of Construction Management Practice, it does not provide advanced standing (credit) into this degree.
The course covers advanced management and engineering approaches as well as innovative tools including software needed to manage construction projects. Key areas include procurement and project delivery, resource planning and management, project costing, health and safety, and risk management.
