During the industry-targeted Professional Experience Placement unit, students complete a minimum of 600 hours of work placements. Applicants need to have completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a similar discipline such as civil engineering, architecture, building surveying, construction management or quantity surveying; OR a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) in a similar discipline. Applicants without an undergraduate qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate based on approved work experience, and upon completion may be eligible for admission to the Master with credit granted for completed units.
In the second year of study, students conduct research in a specialised area, undertaking a comprehensive study that addresses contemporary issues in construction management. The final thesis enriches the field with new insights and evidence-based conclusions, demonstrating students' abilities for rigorous data analysis.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
