About This Course

This double master degree combines the Master of Construction Management with the Master of Property, positioning graduates for a commercial career across Australia's $360 billion construction industry alongside urban development at city scale. Property studies cover five key knowledge areas: finance, economics, evaluation and investment, property management, and law and planning, including a unique 'International Property Development' subject. Students entering from a property background complete a foundation year in construction management (choosing a Building, Cost Management, or Project Management specialisation); students entering from a construction management background complete the equivalent property foundation subjects.

Domestic and international: a bachelor degree (AQF7) in a cognate discipline (property or construction) with a WAM of 65% or equivalent. English requirement: IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0), TOEFL 81, PTE 64, Cambridge 169, LanguageCert Academic 67, Michigan English Test 58. Up to 100 points of advanced standing for a bachelor degree (AQF7) with a double major in Property or Construction (WAM 65%+).
