Domestic Applicants

Direct Entry: You may be considered for direct entry to the course if you have successfully completed a recognised bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study within the last 10 years.
Experience-Based Entry: You may be considered for experience-based entry to a course based on a combination of your educational achievements and the skills you have developed through professional, work and/or life experience, creative practice, and/or non-accredited learning.

International Applicants

What are the fees for the Master of Creative Business Management (Event Management)?

The program fee is $20,000 AUD per year for domestic students and $24,000 AUD per year for international students. FEE-HELP is available for eligible Australian citizens studying a master's degree.

When can I apply and what are the intake dates?

Applications are open anytime. The program has two intakes per year: Semester 1 beginning in May and Semester 2 beginning in August.

What English language requirements must international students meet?

International applicants must satisfy APAC's English proficiency requirements of an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with no band score below 6.0, or an equivalent qualification.

Are there two ways to enter the program if I don't hold a bachelor's degree in a related field?

Yes. In addition to direct entry (which requires a recognised bachelor's degree or higher in a related field within the last 10 years), APAC offers experience-based entry, where applicants may be considered based on a combination of educational achievements and skills developed through professional, work and/or life experience, creative practice, and/or non-accredited learning.

Where is the course delivered and is part-time study available?

The course is delivered on campus in Brisbane CBD (Level 5, 102 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000). It is available in both full-time mode (2 years) and part-time mode.
