The combined program can be completed in just 2 years (6 semesters) at Bond University. Taken as stand-alone programs, the Master of Criminology would take 12 months to complete, and the Master of Project Management would take an additional 1 year 4 months, making the combined program a significant time and cost saving.
The Master of Criminology / Master of Project Management offers two program sequence options. Option 1 is a major research project, recommended if you are interested in a future career in academia, research, or a PhD. Option 2 is a research project — a minor research project or portfolio of work which is valuable or beneficial in the career or interest area within the criminology discipline.
Yes, the Master of Project Management is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), and is recognised internationally by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The teaching team includes leading Criminologist and former Detective Inspector Terry Goldsworthy, as well as highly respected researchers and academics Dr Gaelle Brotto and Dr Tyler Cawthray, all of whom have written widely and are often asked to consult and comment on contemporary issues. The Project Management discipline is led by Dr Amir Ghanbaripour, an Assistant Professor focused on innovative approaches and practical application.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
