The Master of Data Analytics (Professional) is designed specifically for international students and follows the same structure as the standard Master of Data Analytics, with an additional 20-week professional portfolio component. This Work Integrated Learning component ensures students are equipped with industry experience before they graduate.
The program runs for 92 weeks in total. It consists of four semesters of coursework subjects followed by a fifth semester dedicated to the 20-week Professional Portfolio subject, which is taken after all other coursework has been completed.
The program's flexible structure allows students to specialise in key areas such as Accounting Analytics, Economic Modelling, Health System Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Psychometrics, Quantitative Finance, or Sport Analytics.
As a Bond Business School student, you will have exclusive access to state-of-the-art computing facilities at the Centre for Data Analytics, the innovative Bond FinTech Hub with 40 Bloomberg Terminals (the most of any Australian university), and the opportunity to earn an internationally recognised Bloomberg certification during your degree.
The Professional Portfolio is a 20-week, 45-credit point subject taken in the last semester of the program once all other coursework subjects have been completed. It is a Work Integrated Learning component designed to support learning, personal development, and professional practice. Students submit a final professional portfolio that highlights their practical and theoretical expertise in their profession of choice, with assistance from the Career Development Centre in choosing the relevant professional subject.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
