The Master of Education at QUT offers a wide range of specialisations including Autism, Career and Development Counselling, Leading Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Indigenous Australian Education for Teachers, Indigenous Education, Inclusive Education, Innovative Learning Design, School Guidance and Counselling, STEM in Education, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and Trauma-Aware Education.

The Master of Education (School Guidance and Counselling) is designed for registered teachers and provides them with the knowledge, skills and required qualification to become a Guidance Officer or Guidance Counsellor in schools from Prep to Year 12.
