The Master of Education (Leadership) is delivered by the National Institute for Christian Education (NICE) on behalf of Alphacrucis University College. It is an eight-subject (80 credit point) postgraduate course requiring completion of four core subjects and four elective subjects, and is delivered online using the Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle, supported by lecturer meetings via Zoom/Teams.
The course can be studied online (both recorded and live). It takes 1 year full time or up to 7 years part time. Part time study is one subject per semester, taking eight semesters maximum over seven years, while full time takes two to three years.
Yes. The Graduate Certificate of Education (Leadership) is a nested award within the Master of Education (Leadership), allowing flexibility for students who may wish to start with a postgraduate course before committing to the full Master's. Students who need to exit the Master of Education (Leadership) earlier than intended due to unforeseen personal or professional reasons may qualify for a course enrolment variation into the Graduate Certificate of Education (Leadership).
The course costs $2,675 per subject. FEE-HELP is available to eligible students.
