\nEnvironmental Engineering specialisation - Science major in environmental science, earth science, or chemistry.

\nMining Engineering specialisation - Science major in geology, geoscience, environmental science, materials science, hydrogeology, chemistry, physics, earth science, or mineral processing.

\nRenewable Energy specialisation - Science major in chemistry, physics, climate science, climate systems science, physical oceanography, environmental science, or materials science.

\nOR

\n• a candidate applying for the Biomedical Engineering specialisation must have completed a 3-year (or more) degree in the below cognate disciplines with a minimum credit average (equivalent to a UNSW WAM of 65): Medicine Medical Science Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology Dentistry Science (majoring in biology, biotechnology, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, mathematics, statistics, bioinformatics, chemistry, data science, genetics, pathology, neuroscience, pharmacology, psychology, materials science, physics, or vision science.)
