You can complete the Master of Engineering Management in just 16 months studying part-time. SCU's accelerated learning model uses unique six-week terms, allowing you to graduate sooner than you would in a traditional semester or trimester structure.
Yes. If you need to exit early, you could still receive a Graduate Certificate in Engineering by completing four units (two Core units plus two Elective units), providing a flexible completion option should your plans change.
To gain entry, you must have a four-year undergraduate degree in engineering or a cognate discipline; OR a three-year undergraduate degree in engineering or a cognate discipline plus at least two years of relevant work experience; OR demonstrate relevant prior learning and/or experience equivalent to the above. Students must also be proficient in English.

SCU proactively assesses each student's prior learning, qualifications and professional experience and provides custom pathways to complete the online Master of Engineering Management, potentially reducing the number of units you need to study and the overall time and cost of your degree.
The course is fully online with no exams. You will learn through quizzes, videos, interactive presentations and more. You can connect with academics and students through online chat platforms and discussion boards. Live classes are optional but encouraged for networking, and the course is self-paced. SCU recommends dedicating around 20 hours per week to your studies.
