About This Course

The Master of Engineering (Engineering Management) is for engineers who want to extend and formalise their project management skillset, blending technical knowledge with the management expertise that links teams and departments, senior management, clients and stakeholders.
You study advanced courses in engineering economic analysis, total quality management, enterprise resource planning, and operations and supply chain management, alongside core courses in engineering management and data analytics that build project management skills and the ability to lead in engineering-based industries.
The degree is structured with a foundation year and an extension year; depending on your professional experience and prior qualifications you may be eligible for credit for the first year and progress straight into second year.
Specialised elective courses let you align the degree to your interests and career goals.
The program totals 96 units — 66 units of core courses, 12 units of work integrated learning and 18 units of electives — over two years across the Adelaide City and Mawson Lakes campuses, with February and July intakes.
