No. This course is no longer taking applications from 2024. Prospective students may be interested in the Master of Business Administration, in which you can specialise in Social Impact, and applications for that course are now open.
To qualify for the award of Master of Social Impact, students must complete 150 credit points comprising 8 core units (100 credit points) and 4 elective units (50 credit points). Completing 4 core units entitles you to a graduate certificate, and completing an additional 2 core units and 2 elective or specialisation units entitles you to the graduate diploma.
For 2026, the indicative yearly fee for international students is AUD $38,880, with a total course fee of AUD $58,320. These fees are estimates only and are subject to change based on individual circumstances at enrolment. The Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) is included within the annual tuition fee, capped at AUD $365 for 2025.
Yes, a fast-track option is available for those who already have business or industry experience, allowing them to complete the same qualification in a shorter time through workshops with assessments based on the workplace. With proven relevant working experience and cognate learning, the duration can be reduced to 1 year, and with proven relevant cognate learning only, it can be completed in 1.5 years.
The Entrepreneurship specialisation gives you the tools to develop the mindset needed to lead and manage high-growth organisations through innovation. It focuses on entrepreneurial thinking and ability to innovate, knowledge of the ethics of social impact, organisation skills, and communication skills. Graduates are prepared for roles such as Philanthropy Manager and are positioned to become the next generation of social impact leaders and social entrepreneurs.
