The indicative full-fee paying course fee for 2026 is $50,258, with a session fee of $12,564. However, in 2026, domestic students may be eligible for either a Commonwealth supported place (CSP) or a UOW-subsidised fee reduction of up to 75% off the fees listed.
Yes. Students who wish to gain a deeper and broader understanding in FinTech have the option to enrol in the Master of Financial Technology Extension, which is a 2-year program of study that offers the opportunity to undertake additional electives in web development, system analysis and project management.
The Master of Financial Technology is offered in Trimester 1 and Trimester 3 each year. In 2026, sessions start on 9 February 2026 (Trimester 1) and 24 August 2026 (Trimester 3). In 2027, sessions start on 8 February 2027 (Trimester 1) and 23 August 2027 (Trimester 3).
Entry requires a recognised bachelor degree with an average mark of 50%, or a UOW Graduate Certificate in Financial Technology. Other tertiary qualifications along with extensive professional work experience will also be considered. Admission is primarily based on academic qualifications, and if English is not your first language, you must meet the University's English Language Requirements through accepted tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or Cambridge, or by completing an English course at UOW College.
