This degree provides flexible learning options so you can complete the degree according to your needs and commitments. Courses can be taken online or face-to-face, full-time or part-time. The program is delivered at the Kensington campus but online study is available, and our online learning spaces facilitate collaborative learning so you can connect with fellow students and course convenors in real-time.
The program was designed to be relevant to the workplace, with an internship program where you'll gain practical experience in relevant health organisations. UNSW offers a range of domestic and international internship placements in Australia, Asia and the Pacific.
Under Pathway 1, applicants can enter with a three-year undergraduate degree in any field of study combined with two years of full-time professional or volunteer experience in a relevant field. Under Pathway 3 (exceptional cases), applicants without a relevant degree may be considered if they have at least five years of full-time relevant experience in health or public health, and the School of Population Health may invite them to attend an interview.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
