Griffith University Health and Medical Services is an accredited general practice offering GP consultations, mental health nurse consultations, psychologist and psychiatrist appointments, all vaccinations including flu vaccinations, student immunisations for clinical placement, and travel vaccinations.
Health and Medical Services are available at two locations: Gold Coast (Level 1, Student Centre (G33), University Drive, Southport QLD 4215) and Brisbane South/Nathan (Level 1, Sewell (N12), Kessels Road, Nathan QLD 4111). Both operate Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Griffith University offers mental health support through Mental Health Nurse consultations (to assist with stress management and coping with pressures of life and uni), psychologist and psychiatrist appointments, an Online Health and Wellness Centre portal, and Counselling and Wellbeing services.
For all medical emergencies, call 000 (triple zero) for an ambulance from any phone, or 112 from a mobile, then report the emergency to Griffith security on 1800 800 707. Nearby public hospitals include The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (Coopers Plains), Princess Alexandra Hospital (Woolloongabba), and Gold Coast University Hospital (Southport).
