Common Questions
The Master of Information Technology is completed over six trimesters full time (160 credit points; 2 years). It is broken up into two distinct stages: Stage 1 develops advanced skills and expertise required to collaborate with other SAE students and industry professionals, while Stage 2 involves producing a planned capstone project and showcasing advanced knowledge with applied learning. A part-time option is also available for domestic students.

FEE-HELP is available. For international students, the annual course fee (indicative) is $24,000 AUD, made up of 10 units at $3,000 each and 3 units at $6,000 each, plus SSAF.
The Master of Information Technology is available on campus at Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide. Upcoming start dates across all campuses include September 2026, February 2027, and May 2027.
