Yes, professional placements are an integral part of the MIT (Big Data and Analytics). Students complete a Professional Placement (internship) in an Australian or international business within two Work Integrated Learning (WIL) subjects included in the degree. Placements are arranged by the dedicated ICMS WIL team, who work with students to secure an individually tailored internship role aimed at building Australian business networks and providing real-life work experience.
