The Master of International Business is designed to develop your skills and knowledge of the international business environment in order to build and implement strategies that facilitate sustainable, global corporate expansion. You will complete core units in global business and strategy, including international business project units, as well as elective units to meet the requirements of the course.
The closing date for Semester 1 entry is 31 January of the commencing year, and the closing date for Semester 2 entry is 15 July of the commencing year. Note that separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.
Before applying, you must complete a Statement of Motivation (500–1000 words) that addresses the following criteria: what you hope to achieve professionally and personally by completing the degree; your main academic achievements to date including any awards or recognition; international experiences you have had (e.g. working or studying abroad, languages studied, academic exchange); what personal qualities make you a future leader in cross-cultural settings; and inclusion of your CV. You must then submit your application through the university's online portal.
The Statement of Motivation must provide answers to each of the specified criteria and will be assessed on the applicant's ability to communicate their suitability and commitment to undertake the degree. It should be 500–1000 words in length, and resubmission of this document will not be accepted.
