Year 1 (3 trimesters, on-campus/online): Hospitality Design, Service Quality Management, Global Business Environment, People Leadership and Performance, Accounting for Management, Marketing Management, Managing Hospitality in the International Context, Research for Business Decision Making. Year 2 (1 trimester): Strategic Management, International Hospitality Project, Applied Hospitality Management (double unit). Year 2 Hospitality Industry Experience (2 trimesters): Hospitality Industry Experience A and B (double units) — a professionally supervised work-integrated-learning placement.

This Master's program is designed for graduates who wish to take their career in international hospitality management further, developing management and operations skills to position them for an executive career in the hospitality industry.

Yes — a six-month professionally-supervised work-integrated-learning placement (delivered as two double units) that lets you apply theoretical knowledge in a real hospitality environment and build professional networks.

Assessment is through a combination of examinations, tests, essays, reflective journals, reports, projects, written assignments, oral presentations, classroom discussions and practical activities.

You can apply for Academic Credit, which recognises prior study, skills and knowledge. Graduates from recognised institutions providing evidence of their previous studies and industry experience can apply.

The Master of International Hospitality Management is available to study in Adelaide only. On-campus units are taught at TAFE SA's Regency Campus; up to five online units are taught in collaboration with Holmesglen Institute of TAFE.
