You will need to complete 48 credit points in total for the Master of Labour Law and Relations.
All students must complete two compulsory units of study: Labour Law and Industrial Relations Policy, regardless of whether they hold a law degree.
No, a law degree is not required. Students without a law degree need to complete the unit Legal Reasoning and the Common Law System, and at least three units from the list of core units, whereas students with a law degree need to complete at least four core units in addition to the two compulsory units.
The closing date for Semester 1 is 31 January of the commencing year, and the closing date for Semester 2 is 15 July of the commencing year. Separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.
All students need to complete at least 24 credit points from Sydney Law School, chosen from the range of units on offer.
