The Master of Professional Accounting is to be accredited by CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, The Institute of Public Accountant, and CMA Australia.
The tuition fee for international students is AUD $13,000 per trimester. Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer, cash, cheque or direct deposit into the Academy bank account, and the Academy has also partnered with Flywire for easy and secure international payments.
International applicants must achieve minimum IELTS scores of 6.0 in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking, with an overall score of no less than 6.5. The IELTS score or equivalent must have been attained within two years of the date of application for admission.
The degree comprises 16 units studied over 4 trimesters with 4 units per trimester, consisting of 8 core units and 8 additional professional required units. The course is delivered via face-to-face lectures/workshops supplemented with online materials through Moodle, with 3 hours of face-to-face teaching per week (2 hours of lectures/workshops and 1 hour of workshops/tutorials). Each trimester comprises 12 weeks of face-to-face classes, one-week end of session study week, and one-week end of session exam period.
Yes. A student may be granted advanced standing for an equivalent subject studied in another institution where the unit was successfully completed towards a similar or related degree. Additionally, NAPS may recognise prior formal, informal and non-formal learning for the purpose of granting credit towards, or admission into, the program, subject to NAPS's Recognition of Prior Learning Policy.
