The Master of Project Management is recognised and accredited by PMI (Project Management Institute's Global Accreditation Center), AIPM (Australian Institute of Project Management), and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
The program is completed over 2 years (6 semesters). In the first year, students delve into the core components of Project Innovation and Project Management including the finance, procurement and planning of projects. In the second year, students complete 3 chosen elective subjects from the University's list of available postgraduate subjects, undertake an international study tour (International Project Management) in the form of 10 days learning overseas, and complete a research project (worth 20 credit points) in the final semester.
The curriculum addresses a range of learning opportunities including design thinking, adaptable mindsets such as Lean and Agile, innovative product management, systems thinking and delivery of digital projects. Students also have the ability to choose up to three elective subjects from the University's list of available postgraduate subjects, allowing them to explore other interests outside of Project Innovation and Project Management.
Students can access up to one year of on-campus work experience as part of The Transformer initiative, which is described as an Australian-first entrepreneurship program. Additionally, students undertake an international study tour where they are able to see examples of project innovation and experience other project management practices and cultures, though this was not available during COVID-19.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
