No, the Master of Project Management (Professional) is not available for domestic students. It is specifically crafted for international students. Domestic students are directed to the Master of Project Management instead.
The Professional Portfolio is a 20-week, 45 credit point subject that is strongly experientially oriented and encourages students to develop their professional skills in a real-world environment. It cannot be commenced until the student has successfully completed all coursework subjects of the Masters component of the degree. Students must complete a 2,000 word scoping document and undertake either a work placement in Australia for 210 hours (including an employer's report and a reflective journal) or an alternative on-campus project (PM-BOT) or research-related fieldwork, plus a final professional portfolio collection of documents.
The program is accredited by the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM), the Project Management Institute's Global Accreditation Center (PMI-GAC), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), providing national and international recognition and transportability.
The Master of Project Management (Professional) features four distinct study themes including strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams and global working. The curriculum addresses topics including conflict resolution, effective integrated planning, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment, and risk identification. External speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies and portfolio fund managers contribute to case studies and workshops.
Yes, the program offers exchange opportunities with other PMI-GAC accredited universities in other countries. Additionally, extracurricular learning opportunities are provided that enable topical areas of practice to be explored outside of enrolled subjects at no extra cost.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
