The Master of Property takes 3 years full time or 6 years part time. However, students with an undergraduate degree in a cognate or related discipline (such as property, construction, or business) may be eligible for a 2 year stream, and could receive credit for up to the first year of the program, reducing their overall study time.

The Master of Property has two intake periods: start-year (February/March) and mid-year (July), and both the 2 year and 3 year streams are available at both intakes.
