Master of Property

The Master of Property at RMIT takes 2 years to complete full-time, or 4 years part-time.

The Master of Property is offered with intakes in Semester 1 (classes begin March 2026) and Semester 2 (classes begin July 2026). International students should also check whether a Semester 3 intake is available for this course.

Graduates can work in real estate agencies, superannuation and investment fund managers, government property management (federal or state), and organisations managing assets such as embassies, stadiums, and airports. Roles span residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and retirement village property management, as well as funds management. The average salary for property managers in Australia is $85,000 per year.

Yes. RMIT offers the Graduate Certificate in Property (6 months full-time / 1 year part-time) and the Graduate Diploma in Property (1 year full-time / 2 years part-time) as pathway qualifications that can lead into the Master of Property.
