Attendance information This program is offered full-time on-campus. As a full-time student, you will generally attend 12 hours of scheduled classes per week throughout the trimester. Classes may be scheduled during the day and evening throughout the week. If you are an International student on a student visa, you must ensure that you enrol in a way that will allow you to complete your enrolment within the expected program duration as stated on your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). The recommended study load for international student in each compulsory trimester is 40CP. The inclusion of work-integrated learning activities in the degree program demonstrates Griffith's commitment to preparing its graduates for success in their working life. You will complete 7707MED Public Health Practice as a Core course. You will have the option to choose 7419MED Applied Health Field Trip in the Flexible Module, which enables you to develop field research, investigation and analysis skills through experience of public health in practice in international settings. If you choose the 40-credit point dissertation in your Flexible Module you will complete a supervised research project in conjunction with an industry partner. Pathways to further study Graduates may be eligible to apply to the Master of Health and Medical Research (5763) . Graduates who successfully complete a dissertation will be eligible to apply for entry to a Higher Degree Research (HDR) program. The level of achievement in the dissertation and the overall Masters program will determine which HDR program the graduate is eligible to apply for.
