The Master of Public Health takes one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study to complete. It is available face-to-face (including blended) or fully online at the Kensington campus, with intakes available in Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3.

Yes, you can complete two master's degrees in just 1.7 years by combining the Master of Public Health with a UNSW degree in Health Leadership and Management, Global Health, or Infectious Diseases Intelligence. There are also dual degree options with a research extension component that can be completed in two years of full-time study. Additionally, an Extension option allows you to enhance your skills through additional research methodology courses and/or an advanced research project.
There are three entry pathways. Pathway 1 requires a three-year undergraduate degree in any field plus two years of full-time professional or volunteer experience in a relevant field. Pathway 2 requires an undergraduate degree plus honours in a relevant field, or a postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Pathway 3 is for exceptional cases where applicants have at least five years of full-time relevant experience but do not hold a relevant degree. An Indigenous Alternative Entry Scheme is also available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
