This is an accelerated course that takes 1.5 years (1 year, 6 months) to complete on a full-time basis, or the equivalent duration part-time.
You must meet Curtin's English language requirements. For IELTS Academic, the required scores are: Writing 6.0, Speaking 6.0, Reading 6.0, Listening 6.0, and an Overall band score of 6.5. If you've completed a different English test or qualification, you may be able to use it to meet this requirement.
You need to submit a CV (no more than 4 pages) detailing your qualifications, paid work experience, training and professional development, volunteer work, publications, grants, conference presentations, and two referees (one professional and one academic). You also need to submit a one-page personal statement outlining why you wish to study public health and what you feel your contribution to the field will be.
For 2026, the Commonwealth-supported first-year fee is $9,500 and the domestic fee-paying first-year fee is $27,864. These fees are indicative only and are based on a first-year full-time study load of 200 credit points. Your fees will vary depending on the units you choose and do not include other fees like administrative and incidental fees or the cost of textbooks.
