Common Questions
It depends on your chosen specialisation. If you choose a public health or a generalist 'no speciality' pathway, all units of study will be completely online. However, if you choose HIV and STIs or Psychosexual therapy and reproductive health and fertility, these specialisations are mostly online but do require a 2-week intensive face-to-face session on campus.
You will complete 48 credit points of units of study, including 12 credit points of compulsory units, 24 credit points of stream specific units, and 12 credit points of stream specific or general elective units.
The closing date for Semester 1 is 31 January of the commencing year, and the closing date for Semester 2 is 15 July of the commencing year. Note that separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.

Yes, this course is available to study via Distance Education. However, Distance Education students will be required to attend exams and compulsory face-to-face teaching sessions in Sydney for some units of study.
