Yes. In the final semester, students have the opportunity to undertake one specialisation unit in an area of the primary curriculum. Specialist areas include Arts, Catholic Studies, English, Health and Physical Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Languages, Mathematics, Music, Science, and Special Education. This enables students to obtain a deeper and broader level of knowledge and understanding in a particular learning area at the graduate level, while maintaining generalist knowledge.
All Pre-Service Teachers 18 years of age and over will be required to have a current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and a current Working with Children Check, or the equivalent clearance. The Department of Education Western Australia and cooperating non-government schools have the right to determine 'fit and proper persons' to enter and practice in schools.
For domestic students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $4,750 (Commonwealth supported place). For international students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $37,700. Students should see the Fees and Scholarships section on the ECU website for further information.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
