The Master of Valuation and Property Development is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Australian Property Institute (API), and the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland (VRBQ), allowing graduates to stand out in their career with internationally and nationally recognised qualifications.
The program can be completed in just 1 year and 4 months (4 semesters) on a full-time basis. Part-time study is also available for those who need greater flexibility.
The curriculum covers a wide range of topics including property finance and investment, feasibility analysis, asset management, property valuation, finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk identification and management, law, and property market analysis. The program also includes field trips and workshops, and students have the opportunity to choose electives in property valuation or city planning.
The program is taught on-campus at Bond University's Gold Coast Campus, specifically in Bond's state-of-the-art Built Environment Precinct, which includes the first building in Australia to be awarded a 6-Star Green Star – Education PILOT Certified Rating for design by the Green Building Council of Australia.
