The program is accredited by several leading industry bodies. The Master of Valuation and Property Development is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), while the Master of Project Management is accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Both programs are also accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the program also holds recognition from the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Valuers Registration Board of QLD (VRBQ).

The combined Master of Valuation and Property Development and Master of Project Management can be completed in two calendar years full-time across 6 semesters using Bond's accelerated timetable. Combined programs typically reduce the overall duration of study and corresponding tuition cost by 25 per cent compared to completing both degrees separately.

In the first year, study themes include strategy, sustainability, managing complex problems and teams, and virtual teams and global working, along with topics such as finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk identification and management, feasibility analysis, law, property valuation and market analysis. In the second year, the curriculum addresses conflict resolution, effective integrated planning, management, market performance, portfolio management, public and private sector investment, and risk identification, with contributions from industry leaders including external speakers from leading investment banks, credit agencies and portfolio fund managers.
