No, the Master of Valuation and Property Development (Professional) is designed specifically for international students. Domestic students are directed to enrol in the Master of Valuation and Property Development instead.

The curriculum covers a range of topics including finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk identification and management, feasibility analysis, law, property valuation and market analysis, property finance and investment, feasibility analysis, and asset management. In the second year, topics include portfolio management, public and private sector investment, and risk identification. The program also examines the complex dynamics of the property market and the latest technologies used by the industry's leading operators, underpinned by principles of economic, social, and environmentally sustainable development.
