About This Course

The program is designed to equip students with the necessary digital, information, and academic literacies, as well as the numeracy skills required for postgraduate studies in Australia. On successful completion of this program, students will be able to articulate into a range of Macquarie University Masters courses in the Macquarie Business School.

On successful completion you will be able to:

Demonstrate oral and written communication skills appropriate for postgraduate studies in business.
Apply critical thinking skills to a range of business context for postgraduate studies.
Demonstrate awareness of academic integrity for postgraduate studies in Australia.
Collaborate effectively and work in diverse teams in a way that is culturally respectful and ethical.
Apply problem-solving skills to existing and/or emerging challenges in business.
Describe fundamental concepts, terminology, and principles in business and acquire relevant ICT skills for postgraduate studies.

General Requirements

Domestic students:

Completion of a Year 12 senior secondary qualification (HSC or equivalent) AND a 2-4 year full-time post-secondary qualification from a recognised institution assessed at Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree level (AQF 6) on the Australian Qualifications Framework.
OR
Completion of a 2-year full-time overseas Bachelor degree from a recognised institution assessed at Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree level (AQF 6) on the Australian Qualifications Framework.

International students:
