RMIT offers cutting-edge health facilities including a myotherapy clinic, nursing wards, the Digital Human Biosciences Facility, and the Bundoora Health Clinic. The RMIT Health Clinic is open to the public and offers a wide range of evidence-based and traditional health services, with 62 different treatment rooms. Students are trained by industry practitioners in psychology, osteopathy, chiropractics, and Chinese medicine.
Many of RMIT's health qualifications are accredited and/or nationally recognised by organisations such as the Dental Board of Australia and the Australian and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC). Prospective students should contact RMIT directly to confirm accreditation details specific to the PhD (Health Science) program.
