No. Study Abroad 2 does not include a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) component. If you wish to complete an internship as part of your study abroad experience, you would need to choose Study Abroad 1, which includes a minimum of 300 hours of professional placement.
Undergraduate students on the Study Abroad 2 program can study in the following areas: Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Event Management, Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality, Fashion and Global Brand Management, Information Technology, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, International Tourism, Accounting, and Property (Development, Investment and Valuation).
Study Abroad 2 offers flexible packages. Undergraduate and postgraduate students can choose from 3 subjects (Standard), 4 subjects (Standard), 6 subjects (Standard), or 8 subjects (Accelerated) per trimester, depending on the package selected.
The CRICOS course code for Study Abroad 2 is 105506A. Students can start in February, May, or August each year, and may stay for up to 52 weeks.
3 ICMS subjects usually equate to 22.5 ECTS at the undergraduate level and 30 ECTS at the postgraduate level. 4 ICMS subjects at the undergraduate level usually equate to 30 ECTS. Credit transfer is subject to your home institution's policies.
