The Exchange program is exclusively for students who are enrolled and nominated by one of ACU's exchange partner universities, and those students pay tuition fees to their home university. The Study Abroad program is available to students from any institution around the world, including ACU's official Study Abroad partners, and those students pay a set tuition fee for the semester.
The application deadline for Semester 1, 2026 (commencing 2 March 2026) is 15 November 2025. The application deadline for Semester 2, 2026 (commencing 3 August 2026) is 15 May 2026. The application deadline for Semester 1, 2027 (commencing 1 March 2027) is 15 November 2026.
Yes, ACU offers a Semester in Rome where you can spend a few weeks studying at their Rome Campus. All students, regardless of their study area, have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Roman life while gaining valuable experience through lectures, community engagement and sightseeing tours.
Yes, ACU offers a Community Engagement + Study Abroad option that allows you to make a meaningful impact on the community and put your new skills into practice by combining your learning abroad study with community volunteering, helping you go beyond the Australian tourist sights to develop a deeper understanding of society and gain real-world experience.
