The Undergraduate Certificate in Business Studies takes 6 months to complete full time, or up to 1.5 years part time.
The course costs $2,425 per subject. There are 4 subjects in total, and FEE-HELP may be available to eligible students.
Students choose 4 elective subjects from a range of options including Business Law (BUS171), Economics (BUS172), Accounting for Decision Making (ACC171), Business Ethics (BUS225), Marketing Analytics (BUS323), Financial Analytics (BUS322), Introduction to Business Analytics (BUS104), and Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (BUS205), among others, totalling 40 credit points.
Yes. The course allows flexibility for students who may wish to start with a short undergraduate course before committing to a Bachelor course. It is also available as an exit course for the Bachelor of Business for students who need to exit earlier than intended due to unforeseen personal or professional reasons.
The course is available online (via Online Recorded and Online Live modes) and some subjects are available on campus in Sydney. Students should check the timetable to confirm location and mode for specific subjects. Intakes are available in March (Semester 1), August (Semester 2), and November (Summer).
