Advanced Diploma of Program Management

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have completed the BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience. International students must also demonstrate English proficiency at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

The course is 52 weeks (1 year) in duration and is offered at the Ultimo, Sydney campus, with 3 intakes per year.

The course comprises 4 core units — Enable program execution (BSBPMG630), Implement program governance (BSBPMG635), Facilitate stakeholder engagement (BSBPMG634), and Manage benefits (BSBPMG636) — plus 3 elective units: Manage personal development (BSBPEF501), Manage organisational finances (BSBFIN601), and Lead organisational change (BSBLDR601).

Graduates may pursue roles including Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Program Coordinator. Graduates may also progress to further study such as a Bachelor of Project Management or Business, or a Master of Project Management.
