Advanced Diploma of Program Management

The course runs for up to 52 weeks, comprising 40 weeks of tuition and up to 12 weeks of holiday breaks.

To enrol, applicants must be aged 18 or over, have completed Year 12 or equivalent, and demonstrate English proficiency at IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.

Graduates can seek employment in roles such as Program Manager, Executive Manager, Executive Director, Senior Executive, Manager HR (Strategy), Records & Information Coordinator, WH&S Practitioner, Account Director (Advertising), and Global Account Manager, across private companies, government agencies, and small to medium-sized enterprises.

The course consists of 12 units in total — 4 core units (including Enable program execution, Facilitate stakeholder engagement, Implement program governance, and Manage benefits) and 8 elective units. Electives may be changed at any stage at the discretion of the College.
