About This Course

The Advanced Diploma of Program Management (BSB60720) prepares students for senior roles in managing complex programs that consist of multiple interrelated projects. This qualification reflects the responsibilities of professionals who use specialised knowledge and advanced skills to plan, direct, and lead program functions. You will learn how to apply initiative and judgement, manage governance structures, align projects with organisational objectives, and lead teams in achieving measurable outcomes. Graduates will be capable of overseeing program performance, managing benefits, and addressing the challenges of large-scale project environments in diverse industries. Training is delivered face-to-face at ACTB's Brisbane campus. Location: 100 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD 4006. Delivery Mode: Face-to-face (classroom-based). Duration: 52 weeks (44 study weeks + 8 holiday weeks). Study Load: 20 classroom hours per week (plus approx. 5 hours self-study).

Requirements

Have completed one of the following qualifications: BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management; or BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management (or a superseded equivalent version) OR Have completed two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level within a project or program environment within an enterprise. In addition to above: Have demonstrated an IELTS level at score of least 6.0 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old) or demonstration of successful completion of at least General English at Advanced Level or English for Academic Purposes Upper Advanced level. Have a suitable level of language, literacy and numeracy to complete course requirements with or without additional support that ACTB is able to provide. Have successfully completed Australian year 12 or equivalent. Are at least at age of 18 on the date of course commencement. Please Note: All the students commencing this course are required to complete LLND to be conducted during the time of admission to assist ACTB to identify student's needs for additional support during their study with ACTB.
