Assessment is ongoing and based on training package assessment criteria. There are three clustered assessment points: one in term one, a block assessment in term 2, and a final assessment at the end of the year comprising practical and theoretical examination. Students are also required to compile a Visual Diary as part of their self-directed study, which gives trainers an opportunity to explore the creation process and serves as a useful self-reflection tool.
The course runs for 44 weeks in total (38 weeks face-to-face study plus 6 weeks term breaks), totalling 798 supervised hours, delivered 2.5 days per week at the college. In addition, it is expected that each learner complete a designated 10-12 hours per week of additional self-directed study on average.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
